Shipping Policy:
While we work to prepare your handmade items, please allow us 5-7 business days to process your order before it's shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days.

Turn around time: 5-7 working days ( Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays) on most orders.
Digitizing Fee: One-time $35 fee, no additional fees on reorders as long as logo does not change.
Name personalizations: $8.00 per piece
Sizing: Standard embroidery on flats (left chests) is a 3.5" x 3.5" sewable area
Standard embroidery on caps is 2.25" to 2.5" in height, width is based on overall design and is proportional to the design height.
